Who we are

This website is run by eluba (“we”, “us”). Weave & Forge is our product. By using this website you agree to these terms. Using the Weave & Forge app itself is covered by separate terms you accept when you sign up.

Our content is protected

Everything on this website is our original work and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. That includes:

• the visual design, layout and artwork, including the woven-cloth hero, the thread and weave motifs and the example designs;
• the animations, interactions and motion design;
• the source code, including the scripts that create the animations;
• the text, names and logos, including “Weave & Forge”, “eluba” and the woven mark.

All rights are reserved. Visiting the site gives you no licence to any of it beyond viewing it in your browser.

What you may not do

Without our written permission, you may not:

• copy, reproduce, adapt or republish any part of this website's design, animations, artwork or code, in whole or in part;
• create a website, app or product that imitates its look, animations or interactions;
• reverse-engineer, de-obfuscate or extract the site's code or assets;
• scrape the site, or use its content to train or prompt AI models;
• frame the site, or present it as your own or as affiliated with you;
• use our names or logos in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Other people's work

Some parts belong to others and are used under their licences: the GSAP animation library (GreenSock Standard License) and the typefaces Bricolage Grotesque, Hanken Grotesk, JetBrains Mono and Instrument Serif (SIL Open Font License). Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licences to those parts. The example shops on the home page are made up for illustration.

Information you send us

If you ask for a demo, we use what you tell us to contact you about Weave & Forge and to set up your trial. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Reporting copies

If you see our work copied elsewhere, please tell us. We act on infringements, including with takedown notices to the hosts involved.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
